Customs Clearance Services
Clearance without the delays
Customs is where most shipments lose time. A misclassified HS code, an incomplete declaration or a missing regulatory certificate can hold cargo at the terminal for days — accruing demurrage and detention charges the whole time.
Pioneer Express provides customs clearance services for import and export shipments across every major Pakistani sea port, dry port and airport. We prepare and review your documentation, arrange declaration filing, manage tariff classification and duty assessment, and coordinate with customs authorities and regulatory bodies on your behalf.
Because clearance sits inside our own freight operation, documentation is prepared in parallel with transport — not after it. Your cargo is ready to move the moment it lands.
Customs clearance key features
Import Declarations
Preparation and filing of Goods Declarations for import consignments, with complete supporting documentation submitted to customs.
Export Declarations
End-to-end export clearance including form filing, examination coordination and shipping bill processing at port of loading.
HS Code Classification
Accurate tariff classification of your goods — the single biggest driver of correct duty rates and avoided reassessment disputes.
Duty & Tax Assessment
Advance calculation of customs duty, sales tax, income tax and regulatory duty so landed cost is known before cargo arrives.
WeBOC & PSW Filing
Electronic filing through WeBOC and the Pakistan Single Window, with real-time status monitoring until the goods are released.
Regulatory Compliance
Coordination with all secondary regulators — including quarantine, drug regulatory, standards and chamber attestation requirements.
Examination Representation
Representation at physical examinations is arranged on your behalf, so queries are resolved on the spot rather than through days of correspondence.
Rebate & Duty Drawback
Assistance with duty drawback, rebate claims and DTRE-related documentation for exporters recovering input duties.
Demurrage Avoidance
Pre-arrival documentation preparation so clearance begins the moment cargo lands — minimising demurrage and detention exposure.
Every major port & station
With six offices nationwide, we clear cargo at the sea ports, airports and dry ports that handle the overwhelming majority of Pakistan's international trade.
