Your tracking number is printed on your shipment receipt, booking confirmation email, or airway bill. For courier shipments it typically starts with PX or a carrier-specific prefix.
Yes. Select the Courier Tracking tab for parcel shipments or the Freight Tracking tab for air, sea or land freight consignments before entering your number.
Statuses include: Booked (registered), Picked Up (in our custody), In Transit (moving), Arrived at Hub (at sorting point), Customs Clearance (at border), Out for Delivery (final mile), Delivered (signed for). See the full legend on this page.
